They will reserve the necessary dates in their schedule to guarantee their attendance at the event. I agree FEES:(Required)In exchange for attending the Elevate Conference and delivering the agreed presentation(s), the presenter will receive a fee, along with a travel supplement as outlined in the email correspondence. Full payment will be issued upon successful completion of the conference.Full payment will be made following the completion of the Conference. I agree EXCLUSIVITY:(Required)We don’t impose strict exclusivity rules, but if you’re invited to speak at another UK or European event within six months before or after Elevate Conference, we’d really appreciate a conversation first. This helps us ensure there’s no potential overlap or conflict. I agree PROMOTION:(Required)The presenter agrees to share their involvement in Elevate Conference on their social media platforms at least three times, in a way that aligns with their own brand voice. All other marketing efforts will be handled by Elevate Conference, though we may occasionally request additional collaboration if needed. I agree HARASSMENT, BULLYING AND DISCRIMINATION:(Required)The presenter agrees to adhere to Elevate Conference’s harassment and bullying policy. I agree CANCELLATION BY CONFERENCE ORGANISER:(Required)If Elevate Conference is canceled for any reason, we agree to reimburse any costs the presenter has incurred up to that point.
