INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions apply to all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and participants of Elevate Conference (the “Conference”). By registering for and attending the Conference, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) carefully. These terms are made between Elevate Educate Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales and you.

By clicking the tick box marked “I agree to the terms and conditions” when buying a ticket, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Event Organiser: The Conference is organised by Educate Elevate Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our” “Elevate” “Elevate Conference”).

1.2. Event Location: The conference is typically held in central Londonthe specific venue will be communicated in advance.

1.3. Event Schedule: The Conference runs from approximately 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A detailed schedule will be published closer to the event.

1.4. Event Format: The Conference comprises speaker presentations, networking opportunities, and supplier interactions.

2. Ticket Purchase & Attendance

2.1 Ticket Availability & Pricing

2.1.1 Tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

2.1.2 All ticket prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2.2 Early Bird Tickets – No Transfers Allowed

2.2.1 Early Bird tickets are non-transferable. This means they cannot be resold, gifted, or reassigned to another person under any circumstances.

2.2.2 If the ticket holder is unable to attend, we may, at our sole discretion and subject to availability, offer to buy back the ticket at face value. This is not guaranteed and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

2.3 Standard Ticket Transfers

2.3.1 Standard (non-Early Bird) tickets may be transferred to another individual, provided:

i) The request is made via our official ticket transfer process at least 7 days before the event.

ii) The new attendee provides all required registration details and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

iii) The original ticket holder does not sell the ticket above its original price.

iv) Ticket transfers made outside our official process, including third-party resales, are strictly prohibited and may result in the ticket being voided without a refund.

2.4 Payment & Refund Policy

2.4.1 All payments must be made in full at the time of booking via our official ticketing platform.

2.4.2 Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of full event cancellation by the Organizer (see Section 3).

2.5 Right to Refuse Entry

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke a ticket without refund if:

2.5.1 The attendee violates any of these Terms & Conditions.

2.5.2 The ticket was obtained fraudulently or through an unauthorized transfer.

2.5.3 The attendee engages in disruptive or inappropriate behaviour at the event.

3. Event Changes & Cancellations

3.1. Event Changes: We reserve the right to modify the Conference schedule, speakers, or venue due to unforeseen circumstances.

3.2. Cancellation by Organisers: If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation.

3.3. Force Majeure: If the Conference is postponed or cancelled due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics), we will offer rescheduling options or refunds at our discretion.

4. Speaker & Content Disclaimer

4.1. Speaker Availability: All speakers are confirmed in advance, but substitutions may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

4.2. Opinions Expressed: Views expressed by speakers are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of Elevate Conference UK. We are not responsible for any actions taken based on speaker insights.

4.3. No Recordings or Notes Provided: The Conference is designed for in-person learning and networking. No official recordings or notes will be available after the event.

5. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. We expect all participants to behave professionally and respectfully throughout the event.

5.1 Respectful Behavior: All attendees must treat each other with respect, regardless of background, gender, race, religion, disability, or any other characteristic.

5.2 No Harassment or Bullying: Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes verbal, physical, or online harassment of any kind.

5.3 Zero-tolerance policy: Any attendees violating our policies may be removed from the event without a refund and banned from future events.

5.4 Alcohol & Conduct: Alcohol may be available at networking events, but attendees are expected to drink responsibly and behave appropriately.

If you experience or witness any behaviour that violates this policy, please report it to a member of the event staff immediately. We are here to ensure a safe and supportive experience for everyone.

6. Networking & Supplier Engagement

6.1. Meeting Speakers: Speakers will be available throughout the day. Feel free to approach them during breaks or at the drinks reception.

6.2. Supplier Interactions: We facilitate face-to-face interactions with trusted suppliers, but we are not responsible for any agreements or transactions between attendees and suppliers.

7. Photography & Media

7.1. Event Photography & Recording: By attending the Conference, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

7.2. Use of Your Image: We may use event photos and videos on our website, social media, and marketing materials. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify us in advance.

7.3. Personal Recordings: Attendees may take personal photos but recording full talks or presentations is strictly prohibited.

8. Liability & Indemnity

8.1. Personal Belongings: Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. We accept no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

8.2. Health & Safety: Attendees must follow all health and safety regulations set by the venue.

8.3. Liability Limitation: We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury incurred at the Conference, except where required by law.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

9.1. Use of Personal Data: Your personal data will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy and for event administration purposes.

9.2. Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell your data to unknown third parties. However, we may share basic information with event sponsors.

10.1. Providing Feedback: Your feedback helps us improve future events! We welcome all comments and suggestions. If you prefer, you may submit feedback anonymously.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending Elevate Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
